Nikos GF An Unexpected Friend

   As Nikos awoke he was surprised to see that he was lying in a small oasis and that his wounds had been treated. Even his broken rib felt repaired? Who had rescued and healing him...? His question was soon answered as a female voice called from behind him.

   "You're awake." It said. The voice was soft and comforting, yet unfamiliar? He had never heard it before. Nikos turned to look and was a bit surprised by whom he saw. The dragoness approaching him was none other than Nokata. Why would Nokata have saved his life? He had made a threat against her to Furoes and that's what set the Pandoran Clans against him in the first place. Nokata approached him and held out some kind of medicinal mixture. She lifted his bandages and applied it very gently to his wounds. He groaned as the medicine came in contact with the wound. But Nokata kept applying it. When she was finished she simply got up and washed her paws off in the small pool of water in the oasis.

   "Why...? Why help me...? After everything I did to your brother....." Nikos asked, ashamed of what he had done. Nokata approached him and smiled.

   "Do you know what tomorrow will bring?" She asked him. Nikos cocked his head in confusion.

   "Of course not? I can't see into the future?" He replied.

   "Well, then look to the future. Not the past..." She paused. "What's done is done and there is no turning back time. I forgive you for what you did, and believe it or not, Furoes does too. We've tried convincing Shanido and the other Pandorans, but they are very strongly protective of the throne..." She said.

   "The Pandoran that attacked me, who was he? What kind of power was that that he used on me...? It felt like getting hit by a shock-wave." Nikos said, holding his chest and remembering the attack.

   "That was Arrian... He's very atoned with his earth element, and that attack is his Terra Boom. A special move that only he seems able to use. And, it has the effective force of a shock-wave when used at close-range..." Nokata said. Nikos got to his feet and remembered his mission...

   "Nokata- Do you happen to know where a Diamond Claw might be...?" He asked. Nokata looked at him. She was silent for a few minutes before she answered.

   "As a matter of fact I do know where that artifact is." Nikos grinned upon her reply. "But it won't be easy to obtain..." His grin vanished. "I've seen a Diamond Claw artifact on display in one of the Pandoran Temples... But that's where the problem lies... Only Pandorans are allowed inside, and I cannot get it for you. There are rules about being the future queen, and one of them is that I cannot interact with Pandoran artifacts......" Nikos sat down and tried to think. He couldn't use his armor, it didn't look enough like a Pandoran to pass for a disguise...

   "There has to be someway to get in there...?" He said aloud.

   "I think there is..." Nokata replied. Nikos looked up at her.

   "How?"

   "Turados..." She replied.

   "What's a Turados? A special move?" Nikos guessed.

   "No... He's a Pandoran..." Nokata answered. Nikos looked at her funny.

   "Uhh...? The rest of the Pandorans kinda hate me...? How is he supposed to help me?" Nikos asked.

   "Well, he's very understanding... He'd be our best bet... I'll travel back to the clans to get him. You wait here. I promise I'll be back soon." Nokata said as she began racing across the desert floor.
